JulieArt features abstract paintings by Julie Sheriff. The artwork is non-representational, heavily textured and frequently employs iridescent pigments. The texturing can have a relief of more than an inch, so some of them could be classified as either mixed-media painting or framed, painted abstract sculpture. Much of the work is a collaboration, with David doing the textured substrates and framing and Julie doing the painting.

David Sheriff also does training, writing and consulting in the semiconductor industry. He specializes in process gas delivery technology including mass flow controllers, pressure regulators, valves, filters and complete systems. As a business, JulieArt is a mixture of different markets and techniques very much like the artwork itself.
