Process Gas Delivery Systems Training Course

Most of the stuff in a semiconductor process gas delivery system will make a mass flow controller act strangely if its out of whack. I spent almost 20 years in either the MFC or gas systems business. It taught me a lot about how things work and, especially, how they interact. I also found out that I liked being up in front of a room explaining the technology. So, it struck me that there might be a market for a modular, tailored-for-the-audience, in-depth training course covering all aspects of process gas delivery. I've finished a substantial part of the course and have given it a few times. A content outline is available and a page with a collage of slides.
